We are in search of a Customer Service Manager to join our Manufacturing team in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. As a Customer Service Manager, your role will be pivotal in administering customer service requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Determine customer service requirements

• Establish positive relationships at various customer locations

• Oversee customer issues and resolutions

• Product line maintenance

• Compile and analyze product data

• Create successful team environment

  Requirements

• Strong critical thinking skills

• Understanding of supply chain in a manufacturing environment

• Professional verbal communication

• 5+ years of previous experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred
