Description Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Customer Service Coordinator. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator: customer queries, processes orders, and manages complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Coordinator will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, offering product and service information when necessary. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must, as well as familiarity with CRM software. Ideal candidates will have a keen focus on enhancing the overall customer experience and preserving a positive company image. Requirements

• Data Entry/Typing Skills

• Order Entry Experience

• Answering Inbound Calls

• Customer Service Experience (2+ years)

• Microsoft Office Knowledge
