Humana Corporate Strategy Lead - Strategy Management Office in Louisville, Kentucky

Humana’s Strategy Management Office partners with executives across the enterprise to further Humana’s strategy through a strategy management system. The practice is a small team that leverages and promotes best in class tools and frameworks to increase agility across the enterprise in planning and executing strategic change. As a team member, you will support the complex and coordinated effort required to execute the enterprise strategy. Core functions of the Strategy Management Office include Strategy Translation, Strategy Alignment, Strategic Initiative Management, Strategy Reporting and Change Management.
Humana is seeking a Strategy Management Lead who will work with company leaders at all levels of the enterprise to define and advance strategic objectives, measures, targets and, at times, lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. The Strategy Management Lead will also report progress to strategy leadership and the executive team. The Strategy Management Lead will be accountable to provide strategy execution consulting and direction on multiple initiatives and partner with stakeholders across multiple business areas to deliver desired performance results.
*As a Strategy Management Lead you will own at least one core enterprise process and oversee implementation of internal projects and processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ experience directing strategic initiatives and/or managing strategy portfolios
Demonstrated career progress with proven track record of increasing responsibilities and scope
Experience developing and coaching others to deliver results
Proven ability to manage through ambiguity and drive change
Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills
Experience presenting and interacting with all levels of the organization including senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, etc.)
Healthcare industry, management consulting, corporate strategy and/or business unit strategy, and/or business analysis experience
Balance Scorecard Professional Certification (BSPC)
·OKR Certification

Location: This role will be located in Louisville, KY or the Washington, DC area. The Strategy Operations team follows a hybrid model, working together in the office 2-3 days per week.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$123,800 - $170,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
