Configuration Technician - Electronics Repair - 1st Shift

Job Description

• Assemble, configure, test and quality assure products and components as detailed by order sheet, work instructions or configuration list.

• Read and follow detailed oral and written procedures. Have working knowledge of debit injection process.

• Understand security practices and maintain the highest level of diligence and consistency with debit injection orders.

• Document the completion of orders as directed by Manager/Lead or Quality Configuration II or III.

• Bring exceptions and quality issues to the attention of Manager/Lead and/or Technician.

• Complete special projects as assigned.

• Work with Manager to meet customer needs as necessary.

• Be present and on time, display a good attitude, and do your best work.

Hard Skills

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting point of sale equipment

• Repairing of POS equipment

• Testing of the software that is uploaded on the equipment
