Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. In this role, you will be tasked with managing various aspects of accounts payable, including account reconciliation, invoice processing, and data entry. This role is central to our operations, and a huge asset to our growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable transactions.

• Performing account reconciliation tasks to maintain an accurate record of outstanding payments.

• Handling check runs to ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors.

• Coding invoices correctly to ensure proper categorization of expenses.

• Executing data entry tasks related to accounts payable, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

• Processing invoices, verifying details, and resolving discrepancies when necessary.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) to manage company's financial obligations

• Ability to perform Check Runs to ensure timely payment of invoices

• Capability to handle Coding Invoices to properly categorize expenses

• Strong Data Entry skills for accurate input of financial information

• Proficiency in Invoice Processing to maintain up-to-date accounts payable records

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
