Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up vendors, managing accounts payable, and ensuring accurate data entry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Set up vendors on ACH in Concur system ensuring proper account management.

• Handle accounts payable tasks, including coding invoices and check runs.

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP for various financial operations.

• Perform account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage invoice processing, ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain data entry tasks, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Demonstrated experience in Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills and Invoice Processing capabilities

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP and Concur software

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Basic understanding of financial principles and practices

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
