Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic financial team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and is dedicated to accuracy in their profession.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize all company transaction documentation

• Enter financial transactions into internal databases

• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as reconciling invoices and making bank deposits

• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions entered into the system

• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports

• Conduct internal audits and assist in tracking discrepancies or irregularities

• Provide support during monthly and annual audits

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel

• Good data entry skills with an ability to spot numerical errors

• Excellent organizational and time management capability

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
