About the RoleAre you ready to use your leadership and skills in a Logistics Supervisor position? This is your opportunity!

As a Logistics Supervisor, you'll be responsible for assisting with contract related logistics efforts and successfully managing all logistics and depot support issues for our programs. You'll guide the resources required to execute contracts in a cost effective and timely manner, interface with the customer and support customer requests, maintain responsibility for the logistics support function, and the development and execution of customer training programs and materials.

We're looking for dreamers who align with our values, vision and audacious goals - while also meeting the minimum qualifications below. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Relevant experience working with logistics/warehouse environment and warehouse management systems

Familiarity with the practical application of Supply Chain/Logistics principles and techniques

Ability to travel extensively, often overseas

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics or related field of study and typically 0-2 years of relevant experience

Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education

A higher-level degree may substitute for experience

Familiarity with operating military units, airborne SIGINT systems and aircraft sensor equipment

Prior experience with handling and managing hazardous/dangerous goods and materials

Understanding of ITAR regulations as they apply to the import and export of goods

Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and clean driving record

Understanding of third-party shipping vendors and requirements

Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military Additional Requirements:

Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps.

Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity.

Rarely lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs.

Working Conditions:

Rarely exposed to outdoor elements (high/low temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.).

Rarely exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials.

Rarely exposed to loud noises.
