We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for anEquipment Operatorto join a leading Company located inLouisa, VA.

1st Shift Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift Mon - Fri 7:00am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities :

• Operating manufacturing/industrial machinery for production purposes

• Working in a fast-paced environment

• Handling/working with materials (Air filters)

• Ensuring machinery is working properly

• Ensuring the product is running smoothly and quality-checking products

  Basic Hiring Criteria :

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to stand for the duration of shift

• Own reliable transportation

• Must be comfortable with a non-temp controlled environment

• Prior machine operator experience
