Responsibilities:

• Coordination of audit activities and ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Preparation and consolidation of financial statements

• Regulation and reporting in accordance with financial laws and regulations

• Analysis, review, and management of budgeting and financial forecasts

• Maintenance and management of general ledgers

• Execution of financial risk analysis

• Proficiency in job costing and usage of Sage accounting software

• Processing and reconciliation of bank transactions

• Execution of month-end closing procedures and journal entries

• Maintenance of accurate records and processing of customer credit applications.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior accounting role is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.

• Experience in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations is required.

• Knowledge of General Ledger maintenance is essential.

• Ability to prepare and post Journal Entries is crucial.

• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures is required.

• Construction/Contractor industry experience is preferred.

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strict attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with relevant accounting software is beneficial.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
