[**Wage Offer: Worker will be paid no less than $67.77 per hour. [Business Travel - 1 time by Airport, for business conference and upgraded set up of the physical office/store and temporary operation.

[**Single Workweek for Pay: Will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.

[**Frequency of Pay: Worker will be paid once a month by check.

[**Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: Company will not pay the cost of lodging to the extent such costs would reduce pay below the offered wage rate for the area of intended employment. Board, Lodging, and Other Facilities are not available for worker.

[**Deductions from the Workers Paycheck n/a

[**Inbound/Outbound Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence.

[**First Work Week Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

[**Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

[**3/4th Guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

We will provide or pay for the workers cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period. The amount for daily subsistence will be at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
