Responsible for supervising Shift Engineers in monitoring and troubleshooting Transmission and IP network. Escalate tickets according to CTA's escalation procedures. Coordinate troubleshooting of any major network outages and chronic customer circuits fault. Collect and analyze network utilization and generate periodic network status reports. Monitor soft-switch network, identify problems, troubleshoot, analyze traffic, and network design and plan. Perform International Private Line testing and activation. Service testing and delivery.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field, and two years of experience in computer and telecommunication networks.

Skill Requirements:

• Experience with internet protocol (IP) and transmission network.
• Experience with the operation of Cisco routers and switches.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
