You are:

A visionary leader in enterprise transformation who understands the profound shifts organizations face in today's landscape. You excel in connecting talent strategies with business priorities at an enterprise level, using your expertise to guide clients as they evolve their workforce capabilities, roles, and skill sets. You leverage AI and analytics to develop tailored talent strategies and new skilling initiatives, while your communication and people skills make it easy to engage C-suite executives in impactful conversations. Your proven leadership and strategic insight make you a go-to advisor and mentor within your team.

As a Principal Director, you are a trusted advisor for C-suite executives and a leader who motivates teams to deliver innovative solutions to complex transformation challenges. You help clients shape the future of their workforce, anticipating industry shifts and leveraging digital solutions to achieve sustainable outcomes.

The Work:

  • Drive and shape client engagements by harnessing analytics to generate insights and design enterprise-wide Talent and Learning Transformation Programs across Digital, Cloud, and Support Functions.

  • Lead the design and implementation of data collection and assessment frameworks to identify and bridge future skills gaps for organizations and individuals.

  • Guide cross-functional and alliance teams to collaborate closely with clients, aligning business goals with workforce aspirations, and crafting Talent Transformation Roadmaps responsive to digital disruption.

  • Collaborate with C-suite leaders to design talent strategies that use insights to align skills and capabilities across the enterprise, business functions, and workforce.

  • Co-create learning and talent models with C-suite clients, embedding digital capabilities and leading technologies to future-proof talent functions and operating models.

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with Alliance Partners to leverage AI and advanced technologies that enhance insights on client talent pools, including internal, contingent, and gig workers.

  • Architect digital talent and learning strategies that are enduring, scalable, and personalized to meet the enterprise’s long-term goals.

  • Shape and implement Transformational Change Strategies to support clients in realizing their Talent and Learning Roadmap objectives.

  • Foster an inclusive culture and mentor junior team members, empowering them with growth opportunities and a people-first mindset that celebrates diversity.

  • Lead business development initiatives by creating Statements of Work (SOW), developing proposals, and delivering impactful client presentations.

  • Drive practice development through culture-building initiatives, capability development, recruitment, and contributions to thought leadership, such as whitepapers and industry insights.

Here’s what you need:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in four or more of the following areas:

  • Human Capital Strategy

  • Talent & Workforce Analytics

  • Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Future Workforce Strategy

  • Talent Management Lifecycle

  • Talent Development and Learning

  • Talent Transformations

  • Operating Model Design

  • Digital and Cloud Workforce Transformation

  • Functional Workforce Transformations (e.g., IT, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing)

  • Architecting Value

  • Minimum of 5 years in consulting or equivalent industry experience

  • Bachelor's degree required;

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent strategies and transformational programs, with a strong understanding of workforce planning and management.

  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams comprising Strategy, Consulting, Technology, and Outsourcing practices.

  • Strong familiarity with AI tools and platforms to analyze skills and develop talent - strategies that drive acquisition, learning, and development across the organization.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
