Job Description
Part Time Superintendent / Construction Manager with at least 10 years in the construction industry to lead on-site operations for county sponsored projects. The ideal candidate will oversee daily construction activities, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, ensure quality control, and enforce safety protocols. Strong skills in project management, blueprint reading, and communication is essential. Must be a proactive leader who excels in problem-solving and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day project site activities and coordinate subcontractors
Manage schedules and ensure ISD quality standards are met
Maintain strict safety and compliance protocols
Communicate effectively with teams and clients to ensure project success
Qualifications
10+ years of construction management or superintendent experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Proficiency in construction management software
Public Works experience
Tenant Improvement, Small Cap project and Deferred Maintenance work experience
Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $120k-$140k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
