Job Opportunity for Attorney with Plaintiff Personal Injury/Med-Mal Firm

Requirements

Position Details:

• Practice areas include plaintiff side PI, med mal and insurance coverage

• Represent clients in court proceedings

• Draft discovery, pleadings and briefs

• Review and analyze medical records

• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsels

• Advise clients on legal matters

• Develop strategies for resolving complex legal issues

• Conduct legal research and analysis

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice and/or insurance coverage

• Strong background in litigation/trial practice

• Exceptional legal writer

• Licensed to practice in CA

Compensation/Benefits/Perks:

• 120-230k base pay DOE
