As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Nursing, you will recruit to fill a broad range of Nursing positions at UCLA Health. This will involve working closely with management to develop recruitment strategies by assessing the local market for designated positions and identifying recruitment trends and market changes. You will:
Establish and maintain strong rapport with internal departments and hiring managers.
Conduct RN career coaching
Develop and maintain diverse applicant pools.
Follow-up with applicants regarding their applicant status.
Post job requisitions to the UCLA Health website.
Screen applicants as well as conduct phone and in-person interviews to ensure applicants meet licensing, certification, education and experience requirements.
Represent UCLA Health at local, state and national career fairs and conferences.
In collaboration with the Director of Compensation and Principle Analysts, you will also address compensation issues related to hiring.
Non-RN candidates will be eligible for 007748-EMPLOYMENT REPR 3 title
Salary range: $71,493.12-$192,500 Annually
Qualifications
We're seeking a self-motivated professional with:
Clinical RN hospital-based background with active RN license highly desired
For non-RN candidates, nurse recruitment experience required
Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
Knowledge of federal EEO/AA laws and California employment law.
Strong collaboration, customer service, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Computer proficiency MS Word, Excel, HRIS databases, applicant tracking systems, and Internet sourcing techniques.
Experience with Avature ATS and/or Peoplesoft preferred.
Proven success using of a variety of sourcing techniques preferred
Ability and willingness to travel.
Bachelor's strongly preferred
Ability to be on site multiple times per month
