About the Role:

As a CBRE Project Management Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative support to the Project Management team. This includes project documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, invoice & pay application processing, and financial reconciliations.

The preferred candidate will be local to the Greater Los Angeles, CA area and able to report to the project site as needed and required to meet the client and project needs.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process documentation for project commitments. Obtain external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders, change directives and contemplative change notices with consultants and vendors.

  • Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects amongst teams and clients.

  • Assist with contract administration. This includes attending tender openings and recording results, issuing letters of acceptance and regret, etc.

  • Draft and maintain project documentation, including budgets, RFIs, Change Orders, Warranties, and reports to support informed decision-making.

  • Enter project information and data into project management technology tools.

  • Process invoices and pay applications. Help with project administration deliverables.

  • May assist with developing detailed project schedules and timelines to guide cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time project completion and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor project milestones, identifying and addressing risks to maintain project alignment with budget, scope, and objectives.

  • Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.

  • May participate in post project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

  • Communicate status updates and escalated issues, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $24.04 per hour or $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $31.25 per hour or $65,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
