Position: Program Manager

Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000 + discretionary bonus (15%)

(Hybrid: in-office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Role Overview:

As a Program Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of new product development (NPD) from concept through launch across global markets. Your role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with various departments, and guiding a team of Project Managers to ensure successful product introductions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee major projects including new product development and modifications.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Product Development, Compliance, and other teams.

• Develop detailed project plans and workflows, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

• Conduct high-level requirement sessions and manage project scope and deliverables.

• Identify and address potential risks, inefficiencies, and project conflicts.

• Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring decisions are well-documented and actionable.

• Provide leadership and guidance throughout all project phases.

• Manage, mentor, and coach Project Managers within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in a consumer-focused industry (e.g., consumer goods, electronics).

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with product development and manufacturing processes.

• Proven experience managing projects involving cross-functional and international teams (e.g., Asia, EMEA).

• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex product development processes.

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and familiarity with OEM and ODM processes.

• Proficiency with project management tools, such as Workfront, is preferred.
