Insight Global Process Automation Developer (TAP) in Los Angeles, California

Job Description

A distinguished University in Los Angeles is looking for a business Process Automation Developer to join the Business Process & Analytics Architecture team as a new position to support an influx of work and incident requests across campus. This person will be responsible for workflow automation and development using the TAP tool. They will report directly to a supervisor who is a Process Automation Developer/Analyst who focuses more on the analysis and design. This person will also be responsible for testing deployment and will be fully dedicated to a project supporting 3-4 new automation design processes for the registrar's office. They will get requirements from the leader of this team but will be assisting with analysis and design. They will own development and testing in TAP for this project. This role is ideally hybrid or on site in West Los Angeles on campus, but can be remote PST hours.

This team is not looking for a candidate with robotic process automation but rather heavy workflow automation experience.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years of experience with a workflow automation tool (such as TAP, Pega, Apian, IBM Workflow automation, or Bonitasoft) with a strong understanding of the workflow process

-Quick learner with the ability to apply previous knowledge to new situations

-Agile methodology with 2-week sprint comfortability

-Strong design and testing skills and ability to work independently -Advanced TAP or other workflow automation tool experience and proficiency

-Proficiency or familiarity with ThinkSmart

-Familiarity with ServiceNow null
