Responsibilities

• Supervises a small payroll team. Hires, evaluates, trains, and manages staff as necessary

• Reconciles and completes quarterly and annual federal and state tax reporting, including Forms W-2 and correction reports as required

• Runs the processing of multiple payrolls, all within California

• Monitors compliance with approved policies and procedures

• Processes payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions

Skills

• Union Payroll (2 years of experience is required)

• W-2 End of Year

• Monthly Reporting (3 years of experience is required)
