We are looking to hire a proactive and efficient Office Services Associate to assist in the management of one of the top law firms in Los Angeles. The firm is located in the heart of Westwood, with amazing views.

Responsibilities:

• Set up coffee for depos

• Printing documents

• Making binders

• Assisting with kitchen

• Setting up conference rooms for on-site depos & executive meetings

• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certification or additional education in Office Administration will be appreciated.

• Proven experience working in an office environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management.

• Detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing tasks to complete projects in a timely manner.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Problem-solver with a can-do attitude.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
