Duties:

• Conduct legal research and case analysis.

• Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents.

• Organize and summarize case materials for briefings.

• Support attorneys during legal proceedings.

• Maintain calendars and ensure deadlines are met.

• Manage client files confidentially.

• Collaborate with the legal team and communicate with legal contacts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law preferred.

• 3-5 years of paralegal experience.

• Proficiency in legal research and software.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Commitment to confidentiality.
