Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Los Angeles, California

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Los Angeles, California. In this critical role, you will manage and oversee all HR functions and activities within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from employee relations and compliance to benefits administration and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee HR functions including Paychex

• Implement and manage ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian systems

• Administer HRMS and About Time systems to streamline HR processes

• Oversee benefit functions and ensure all employees receive their entitled benefits

• Administer compensation packages and ensure they are competitive and equitable

• Ensure the company remains compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations

• Handle all aspects of employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise

• Utilize Paychex and HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for HR management

• Administer the Human Resources (HR) Administration and Human Resources Management System

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees to ensure smooth transition into the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources Management for a minimum of 5 years

• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time software

• Thorough understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Demonstrated ability in ensuring Compliance and managing Employee Relations

• Proficiency in using Paychex and HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Must be okay with STAND ALONE HR role

• Proven skills in managing Onboarding processes
