Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be a critical part of our financial team, providing first level support for our new OneStream system and assisting with various reporting and data analysis duties. This role involves a significant amount of interaction with various teams and requires a strong knowledge of Accounting Software Systems, ERP Solutions, and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage our new OneStream system, ensuring smooth operation and user experience

• Act as the first point of contact for any user issues, troubleshooting and resolving these issues in a timely manner

• Create and maintain detailed reports using Excel, SQL, and other tools

• Work closely with other teams to understand their reporting needs and create custom reports to meet these needs

• Use your knowledge of Accounting Software Systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and Great Plains (GPAC) to optimize our financial processes

• Assist with other accounting functions as needed, including CapEx, budget processes, and expense reporting

• Continually update your knowledge of finance and accounting best practices, using this knowledge to improve our processes and systems. Requirements • Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a relevant field

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Demonstrable knowledge of CapEx

• Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Proficient in ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software

• Experience with About Time software

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Budget Processes

• Proficient in Expense Reporting

• Possess a degree in Finance or a related field
