Job Summary

This individual develops and implements marketing and visual merchandising design to ensure a consistent brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership and guidance for field operations to ensure that existing service locations are operating to the standards set by the organization

• Communicates merchandising standards and conducts necessary training accordingly

• Implements key visual merchandising strategies critical to profit increase

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Sales

• 5 + years’ experience in retail marketing, merchandising, and design

• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs

• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, diplomatic, flexible

• Results and people-oriented, but have sound judgment ability to balance other business considerations

• Service-oriented, but assertive/persuasive
