Executive Admin

job summary:

Conduct research, prepare correspondence, expense and statistical reporting. Schedule travel, appointments and meetings. Supervise clerical staff. Screen phone calls, emails, mail and visitors; route and resolve information requests. Coordinates space and office organization, and special projects. 3 years of experience are required.

  1. Computer skills a must: including excel, word, PPT, and other productivity tools: Webx, Jabber, Teams

  2. Previous exec/admin experience

  3. Strategically manage and maintain the schedule and administrative actions of the Director

  4. As a proactive business partner, represent the Director and act as liaison between him and his management, peers and organization

  5. Coordinate team meetings and events

  6. Independent Work is critical as is planning and follow-through a key strength


  1. preferred associate or bachelors business degree

  2. preferred technical exposure in Cisco or related product and service industries

  3. preferred 3+ years experience in similar capacity

skills: This does not necessarily have to be onsite - either Glendale or Irvine locale , but SoCal is preferred if we need to use either office ... likely Irvine
