Description We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the non-profit sector based in Los Angeles, California. The successful candidate will be expected to provide crucial support by ensuring the accurate and timely entry of relevant data into our system. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data entry tasks, ensuring all data is entered accurately and promptly into the system.

• Utilize MS Excel to organize data and maintain records.

• Maintain a fast typing speed, ideally between 45 - 60 words per minute, to ensure efficiency.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions where required.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain customer credit records with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Process customer credit applications efficiently.

• Ensure all customer records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Utilize typing data entry skills to improve speed and accuracy. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Strong skills in MS Excel

• Typing speed of 45 to 60 words per minute

• Proven experience in Typing Data Entry

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• High school diploma or equivalent educational level

• Knowledge of the non-profit sector would be an advantage.
