This does not necessarily have to be onsite - either Glendale or Irvine locale , but SoCal is preferred if we need to use either office ... likely Irvine, options are RTP and/or Nashville

Collect customer requirements, determine technical issues, and design reports to meet data analysis needs. Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting. Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs. 5 years of experience are required.


  • Minimum Requirements: ("Must have" Qualifications)
  1. Working with data is essential - spreadsheets, analytics, business intelligence is a must

2.Design and produce dashboards as well as regular reports to measure progress against all established KPIs and goals, including areas of success, opportunity, and improvement

  1. Have a thorough understanding of the business context - ie, how the organization sells, how the partner model works, how digital capabilities are being leveraged to scale the business, etc.

  2. Identify analytical requirements and be able to leverage relevant data sources in partnership with data scientists and data engineers

  3. All of this is in context of a renewals business motion measuring renew rates, renew potential, attrition, contract value and overall software and services performance

  1. Having 3+ years experience in software and services renewals motions would be extremely helpful

  2. Exposure to Tableau and/or business visualization

  3. Be able to "tell the story" behind the data.

The scope of the work is North Americas across commercial, enterprise, and service provider business line and spanning digital, seller, and partner-related focus areas
