Manpower is hiring for a Customer Service Representative! If you have experience in aerospace hardware/fasteners, and knowledge/experience with placing purchase orders, Manpower may have the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: HQ, Chatsworth CA

Pay Rate: $23/hr.

Position Purpose/Summary: The primary role of a Customer Service Representative is to act as primary contact for customers and to coordinate needs with internal departments by providing extraordinary service to all accounts, distributors, and suppliers. This position will be located either in Chatsworth CA or Mexico as deemed necessary. Essential Responsibilities/Duties In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:

• Provide service support to Customers, Distributors and Channel Partners

• Review, Update, and Load customer contracts as needed.

• Record and process orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, portal, and/or through customer personal contact.

• Work Excel reports (Company & Customer) including Open Order Report.

• Access and understand customer-specific portals.

• Ensure orders are retrieved from customer portals and that tracking details are provided in a timely manner.

• Track order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. • Follow-up with internal teams and customer on outstanding Accounts Receivable issues in order to prevent credit holds.

• Provide invoices and statements as needed.

• Work alongside Quality and Purchasing on related issues.

• Maintain and Improve customer(s) OTD and delinquency reports.

• Validate and File PO’s within the shared folder.

• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.

• Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.

• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.

• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

• Follow company safety policies and procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1 years prior experience in similar Customer Service role

• 1-2 years’ experience of data entry Knowledge

• Knowledge of how to complete reporting in excel and emails.

• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to balance priorities.

• General knowledge of how to use a database Skills:

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organizational skills

• Attention to detail skills.

• Intermediate level on Excel skills

Preferences

• Advanced Excel desired.

• College degree in relevant field preferred

• 1 year experience with aerospace hardware and fasteners

• Understanding and experience with placing purchase orders
