We are looking for a driven Claims Manager to support our Aviation design team.

Responsible for the review, evaluation and negotiating claims for all aspects of engineering projects.

Expert in dispute resolution, contract management, change management.

Review and evaluate claims.

Implementation of policy and procedures for claims processing.

Review and negotiation contracts, master service agreements and engineering contracts.

Here’s what you’ll need :

Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in claims management within the engineering or construction industry. Aviation experience.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of engineering principles, construction processes, and contract law.

Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess claims and make informed decision.

The base salary range for this position is $104.56/hour to $275.00/hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ​
