We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team, supporting critical aviation and transportation projects for Los Angeles County. As an administrative professional, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of these projects.
Hard Skills
Experience at an airport/aviation, construction industry or government agency
Handling large projects, large public agencies or transportation sectors
Administrative, clerical, and data collection tasks
Data entry and report writing
Scanning, faxing, and binding documents
Developing and revising reports in spreadsheet or graphical formats
Verifying data such as matching supplier invoices against file copies
Soft Skills
Effective communication
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Collaboration and teamwork
Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments
Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Los Angeles, California and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid 2-3x a week. Flexibility required as work may shift to onsite at LAWA (Near LAX) to coordinate with project managers.
