Job Title: Administrative Assistant IJob Description

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team, supporting critical aviation and transportation projects for Los Angeles County. As an administrative professional, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of these projects.

Hard Skills

  • Experience at an airport/aviation, construction industry or government agency

  • Handling large projects, large public agencies or transportation sectors

  • Administrative, clerical, and data collection tasks

  • Data entry and report writing

  • Scanning, faxing, and binding documents

  • Developing and revising reports in spreadsheet or graphical formats

  • Verifying data such as matching supplier invoices against file copies

Soft Skills

  • Effective communication

  • Organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Collaboration and teamwork

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Los Angeles, California and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid 2-3x a week. Flexibility required as work may shift to onsite at LAWA (Near LAX) to coordinate with project managers.
