The Review Operations team — a group within Snap’s Platform Integrity and Operations organization — focuses on moderating publicly facing content on Snapchat. It’s our job to keep each Snapchatters experience safe, whether that is engaging with a Snap on Spotlight, a creator on Discover or an advertisement served between friend’s Stories. Our team assesses broadly distributed content against our Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Product-specific policies. Together, with our Product and Engineering counterparts, our Moderation team reinforces our Community Guidelines across content types, every day. This team empowers Snapchatters to have safe, relevant and engaging experiences with content on Snapchat.

We're looking for an Ad Review & Integrity Specialist to join the Review Operations team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Review all Snap Ad submissions to ensure the ads abide by our global policies and technical requirements

  • Help manage and uphold Ad Review’s established SLAs to create a seamless experience for Advertisers and Sales Partners

  • Work with the Product, Engineering, Digital Ad Support, and App Product Quality team to troubleshoot approval tool errors and identify workflow best practices

  • Create and manage the upkeep of our policy training material as well as conduct training sessions with our global vendor teams

  • Assist in managing the performance of our global vendor partners by overseeing all operational aspects of their review process.

  • Help identify impactful opportunities to improve our review process using data, working closely with cross-functional teams like policy and legal.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience working with large data sets to solve business problems, and providing practical business insights via data visualization software (Advanced Excel, Looker, Tableau, etc.)

  • Experience in project management, Ad operations, or vendor management

  • Excellent English reading and writing proficiency

  • Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player

  • Passion for Snapchat, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up

  • Customer-driven with a passion for supporting Snapchatters

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience working with Salesforce, JIRA, Asana or other ticket management systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work any assigned shifts which may include early mornings and late evenings and weekends

  • Experience working with Salesforce, JIRA Asana or other ticket management systems

  • Experience working with a Global team and interacting with individuals from various backgrounds

  • 1+ years of B2B experience or equivalent experience in the advertising space

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

The base hourly range for this position is $25-$37.5 hourly.

Zone B (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) :

The base hourly range for this position is $24.03-$35.57 hourly.

Zone C (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) :

The base hourly range for this position is $21.15-$32.21 hourly.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
