Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in our real estate investment sector. This role is based in Los Angeles, California, and involves assisting with day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable

• Ensure efficient utilization of accounting software systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools

• Manage auditing processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Oversee and streamline billing and collection processes

• Handle the accounting functions related to real estate investments

• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all construction accounting details

• Utilize Concur for expense management and reporting

• Oversee daily accounting work in an effective and efficient manner

• Ensure prior experience in real estate investment is applied to day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or a related field

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Proficiency in Concur software preferred

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Thorough knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Auditing experience is necessary

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Experience in Construction Accounting is preferred

• Familiarity with Real Estate Investments is a plus
