An entertainment company Downtown Los Angeles is looking for an accounting clerk to join their growing them! This position is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in their development department. This is a contract position and hybrid in the office Downtown Los Angeles. If you are a detail oriented, eager accounting professional with a passion for the entertainment industry apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor budgets and assist with tracking finances for the department

• Manage concur reports, initiate purchase orders

• Process invoices and vendor setups.

• Data Entry tasks

• Assist the department with ad doc assignments

• Support in the planning and implementation of company events

  Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience (or internship experience) in an accounting role within the entertainment/music industry

• Excel, Google Workspace, and Concur Expense Management is a plus

• Excellent attention-to-detail abilities, strong organizational skills, the capability to prioritize diverse tasks and deadlines, efficient communication skills whilst being able to multitask is essential.

• Experience in Billing and Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
