Job Description

A mid sized education non-profit client is looking for a direct-hire sales executive to join their growing sales team in North West Arkansas. This person will be responsible for selling membership service packages to key education stakeholders (teachers, principles, superintendents, etc.) throughout the state of Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling for upwards of 60% of the calendar year, the majority of the travel being during the back to school season. The role will be able to work remotely on a standard day-to-day, but will be required to travel throughout their territory as needed. This position is base salary + performance bonus structured.

Salary $50,000-$65,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of Education Experience (anything from Teacher - Super Intendent)

Experience with Excel and Powerpoint

Salesforce or related database experience

Strong communication and professionalism

Willingness / ability to drive throughout North West Arkansas Professional sales experience null
