**WE ARE SEEKING A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER FOR THE LONGVIEW / HALLSVILLE / MARSHALL AREA.

Job Summary:

• New Construction, Remodels, and Service;
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial structures;
• Collaborate with general contractors and other professionals during construction;
• Performing routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, identifying and diagnosing plumbing problems using appropriate tools and techniques;
• Keep accurate records of time and description of work performed;
• Adhere to all plumbing building codes and regulations;
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices;
• Train and direct Apprentices in the field.

Skills and Experience:

• 5 or more years in the plumbing trade;
• Maintain State Driver's License;
• Ability to work independently and be able to perform tasks using problem-solving skills;
• Exhibit sound judgment, strong interpersonal, and organizational skills;
• Ability to read Blueprints.
