Assistant Pawn Broker reports directly to Store Manager. Experience in a pawn shop is a plus but not necessary, we can teach you the business. Knowledge of tools, guns, jewelry and electronics is a plus, if not, we can teach you. You must be able to type with both hands, no pecking. You must be computer literate in the sense of searching the web, (i.e. "googling"). If you have small engine repair knowledge, there is additional opportunities. You will be assisting customers who need to borrow money, sell items and want to purchase items. Customer service is essential that requires an employee to be considerate, calm, compassionate and helpful. You will be on your feet a good part of the day and may have to lift items that weigh around 50lbs. Work hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am-6pm, Saturday 8:30am-4pm, with 1 day off during the week.
