Job Opportunity: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Longmont, CO

Compensation:

• Pay: $37.00/hr - $42.00/hr (based on experience, with opportunities for advancement)

Shifts Available:

• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift (12-hour shifts)

• Must be open to working any day of the week, including weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment as per established schedules.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Use drawings, prints, and instruction manuals to guide maintenance and repairs.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve equipment issues.

• Coach and train team members on technical skills, machine functionality, and defect identification.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
