ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Machine Operator in Longmont, Colorado

Manpower is partnering with a Longmont manufacturing facility to find mechanically inclined individuals for an entry level SMT Machine Operator position.

Pay rate: $18 to $21/hr based on experience

Second shift starts at 4:00 pm until 2:15 am Monday – Thursday

Positions are temp to hire!

What you will Do:

Assist in daily set up and operation of Surface Mount Technology Machines (SMT) for production of printed.

Work closely with a team to ensure production goals are met and communicate any changes or needs in your area. Randomly test or measure products or parts to ensure that they meet specifications.

Requirements:

1-2 years experience in operating machinery in manufacturing or industrial setting.

Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.

Use essential tools and equipment and operate various pieces of equipment.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Inspect own quality of work.

Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus!

High School Diploma or GED

Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
