Hiring Maintenance Mechanics

Join our team in Longmont, CO, as an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. Your main duties will include maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. You will handle a variety of machinery and systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.

Pay: $38.00/hr - $42.00/hr (based on experience, with opportunities for advancement)

Shifts Available:

• 3rd shift - 12 hour shifts

• Must be open to working any day of the week, including weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on food processing equipment such as mixers, fillers, conveyors, and packaging machinery.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to prevent downtime.

• Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and drawings to guide maintenance activities and repairs.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment complies with safety and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

• Collaborate with production teams to enhance efficiency and minimize production disruptions.
