OVERVIEW

As Technical Project Manager, this role is responsible for creating, managing, and executing projects for our Healthcare clients. This role with directly with client to develop and implement statements of work that will address the client’s requests and provide additional support to our MSP Programs as escalated. This position is based on Long Island, it is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, manage, and execute projects on based on SOWs created

  • P rovide ongoing and weekly updates/reporting for open projects

  • Designing, staging, configuration, and implementation client solutions based on remediation or application support

  • Network migration of small enterprise Healthcare environments

  • Security remediation of new and existing clients to the health system

  • Onsite team lead for workstation deployments

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • MS Office expertise

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong organization skills

  • Ability to analyze production data

  • Desire to lead and take responsibility

  • 2 – 5 years of Desktop experience – configuring, implementing, and supporting with various applications

  • Knowledge of network configurations – switching, routing, wireless, etc

  • Knowledge RDS, Citrix and vportal configuration and solutions

  • Managed Windows Server 2008 and above along with systems – domain controller, exchange, VMs, etc.

  • Working knowledge of KACE, BigFix, Crowdstrike, an Bitlocker

  • Knowledge of remote management tools and ticketing systems

  • Administration of Office 365

  • Understanding functionality of EMRs and other healthcare applications
