Associate Technical Account Manager

We're looking for candidates with akeen technical understanding and a dedication to customer service to join ourInvestment Management team as an Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM). Inthis role, you'll support clients from the initial software setup and guidethem through the implementation of Yardi's Investment Management product-aleading solution designed to streamline and enhance the investment lifecyclefor real estate. You'll dive deep into our suite of software, solving problems,sharing best practices, and providing actionable insights to ensure our clientscan leverage Yardi's technology to its fullest potential. Your mission is tobuild strong, trust-based relationships with our clients, positioning yourselfas a go-to Yardi expert. What You'll Do:

* Performs product implementation andconversion services for assigned clients, including analyzing operational needsand determining initial system configuration.

* Assists with data mapping andconversion, and user training.

* Utilizes internal sources toresearch, analyze, and work towards resolution of software functionality andreporting problems; stays on top of cases and tasks; identifies and verbalizesroadblocks.

* Assists with continued softwareintegrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with clients.

* Completes assigned learning plan forthe product supported.

* Communicates product features andbest practices relevant to clients in the application of Yardi products.

* Responds to typical productquestions, identifies when client issues require escalation and determines theappropriate support resources for problem resolution.

* Collaborates with internal teams tomeet client needs and maintain high-level customer service standards.

* Identifies ancillary products andservices that align with client business and operational needs and goals.

* Seeks opportunities to learn moreabout the products and industries Yardi serves.

* Performs other Yardi duties asassigned.

WhoYou Are:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business,Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

* Understanding of the propertymanagement or relevant Yardi supported industry and industry best practices.

* Working knowledge of accountingpractices.

* Basic competence in one or more ofthe following areas: Microsoft operating and network system operation,relational databases, and SQL/Oracle language.

* Ability to learn new concepts andYardi programs.

* Strong written and oralcommunication skills.

* Client-centered commitment and focus.

* Critical thinking andproblem-solving skills.

* Ability to meet critical deadlinesand prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency with Microsoft 365desktop applications.
