Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptionalMaintenance Technicianwith experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Long Branch, New Jersey location.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 based on experience

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Perform manual repairs when necessary.

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems.

• Conduct general upkeep procedures.

• and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in Fixing Locks, replacing windows and cork windows.

• Experience in Landscaping.

• Experience in Boilers and HVAC.

• Experience in basic carpentry, roofing, and painting.
