Job Title: Receiving Clerk

Salary: $18 per hour

Join ASM Global as a Receiving Clerk at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the receiving and inventory management process, ensuring that goods are received, documented, and stored accurately and efficiently. As a member of our team, you will contribute to providing a seamless and memorable experience for our clients and attendees. Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of received goods. Assist in the organization and storage of received goods in the warehouse. Collaborate with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain accurate inventory records. Assist in conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies. Support the Receiving Supervisor in implementing quality control measures. Assist in maintaining documentation and reporting related to receiving activities. Follow operational procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Provide support to other departments as needed to fulfill orders and address customer inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
