ASM Global Digitial Marketing Manager in Long Beach, California

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Reporting to the Assistant GM, Entertainment

Salary Range: $80K - $100K

This role will involve:

  • Working closely with department head (director) to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals.

  • Planning and executing social media campaigns and maintaining frequent and consistent engagement on all social media platforms including social media general content, social media advertised content (paid ads), social media influencer engagement plans.

  • Planning and executing search engine optimization campaigns.

  • Planning and executing search engine marketing campaigns.

  • Managing website content development, updating and visitor experience, enhancement of website as required.

  • Planning and executing email marketing campaigns.

  • Planning and executing digital content marketing campaigns.

  • Tracking and measuring the results of all digital marketing campaigns.

  • Analyzing data and identifying trends to improve future digital marketing campaigns and activations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5 years) in communication, graphic design, digital marketing, marketing,, live entertainment, and/or business preferred.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and strong time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive disposition with the ability to motivate staff to exceed guest expectations.

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and other hospitality software.

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with experience working with diverse clients, professionals, and staff members.

Proficiency with INDESIGN, PUBLISHER, POWERPOINT, VIDEOS-MAKING, AI, UX, DIGITAL BOARDS MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
