Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for projects located in the Long Beach, CA area . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Concrete Finisher and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Set up and secure foundation formwork for concrete pouring

• Read and interpret blueprints to align walls and elevations

• Ensure proper spacing and leveling for structural integrity

• Work efficiently under the foreman’s direction with minimal oversight

• Maintain safety standards and follow site protocols.

Requirements

• Experience in foundation form setting and blueprint reading

• Skilled in lining out walls, spacing, and elevation layout

• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
