As a Sr FP&A Analyst you will support our Business Operations by providing analytics and oversight of financials, resource planning, and performance measurements with our project schedule. You'll participate in Overhead and General & Administrative planning, as well as financial management plan. And you'll coordinate submittals of financial deliverables to corporate entities and ensure the accuracy of reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of leadership and company practice

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

• Study and analyze trends and forecasts to inform recommended actions.

• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.

• Support business unit FP&A reporting requirements tied to monthly cadence

• Support ad-hoc business performance reporting.

• Present monthly and quarterly financial business unit reports

• Must work collaboratively day in and day out to establish favorable relationships and report

Qualifications You Must Have:

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field and typically 10 years or more of related work experience.

• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections

• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work cross-functionally, collaboratively at all organizational levels

• Ability to effectively convey information and ideas

• Possesses strong financial acumen

• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Familiarity with Profit and Loss statements

• Experience with indirect rate composition

• Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures

• Strong understanding of business operations and financial processes.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $108,496.89 - $149,183.22. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
