Description

Robert Half has partnered with a real estate firm in Lone Tree in search of a Property Accountant! The Property Accountant position is offering a hybrid work schedule and is paying $60,000-$72,000 + bonus!

The Property Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Prepare journal entries

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations

• Assist with the month-end close process

• Assist with financial statement preparation

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the Property Accountant include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• 1+ years of accounting experience

• Real estate/property management experience is preferred, but not required
