Charles Schwab Manager, Model Risk Governance and Program Management in Lone Tree, Colorado

Your opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.

This role will report to the Director of Model Risk Governance. This Manager will have a broad impact as they maintain, update and roll out changes to our policies and procedures. MRO will also rely on this person to monitor issue management for issues sourced by MRO and to plan and remediate issues assigned to MRO. As a key contributor, this Manager will also be involved with maintaining RCSA risks and controls and performing risk assessments. To ensure success of the program, it will be important for this Manager to support testing activities such as audits and control testing in addition to organizing and providing training on model risk program requirements.
