Sierra Nevada Corporation Administrative Assistant II in Lone Tree, Colorado
Are you a dynamic, tech savvy, administrative professional who is extremely organized? Then we have the role for you! As an Administrative Assistant II, you will provide proactive administrative support to leaders at the Director and Vice President levels and will actively contribute to the completion of various projects and goals. You'll be responsible for responding to or routing inquiries from internal and external sources, consolidating and routing reports and presentations, and creating and editing spreadsheets. You'll prepare and submit expense reports and purchase requisitions on behalf of our leaders, and maintain contact information and filing system processes. You'll also be responsible for coordinating business meals as well as scheduling and supporting on-site meetings and events. In addition, you'll liaise with the IT and Facilities departments to ensure all conference rooms and public areas are in clean and working order.

Responsibilities Include:
Manage multiple VP's and Sr Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and respond or redirect as appropriate
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of leadership
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and prepare expense reports
Serve as a liaison between the leaders and internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and partners
Full execution of onsite/virtual meetings, visits, and events including catering
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters
Liaise with executive admins and administrative assistant leads to handle requests and queries from leadership
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point to create/edit spreadsheets, tables & briefings; type memos and correspondence for SNC personnel as required
Must-haves:
A.A. (or equivalent degree) and 3 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 4 years of relevant work experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
Must have general knowledge of administrative practices, to include preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, and coordinating meetings, events and travel
Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced-environment
Must be able to solve a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, and contribute to projects and goals
Extensive organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficient communication skills are required
Must be able to interpret the intent of available guidelines and use considerable judgment in applying them to individual situations

The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
Experience with Microsoft collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
Experience with Security and Safety protocols
Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management system
Experience in a DOD environment and familiarity with JTR and FCG

Proven interpersonal communication skills with personnel at all levels internal and external to the organization, including foreign and military officials
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $24.39 - $33.54. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
